Custom and custom orders
I will be delighted to make a personalized order for you. Whether for a particular model, a specific color mix or any other special request, do not hesitate to contact me! I will do everything in my power to create the teething accessory you dream of!In some cases, there may be longer lead times than those mentioned in the product sheets. Do not hesitate to submit your request, and I will be happy to inform you about the delivery times associated with it.
Care instructions
All the products sold in my shop are washed by hand, with water and a mild soap (dish soap).
Exchanges and refunds
For hygienic reasons, the products sold in my shop are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Thank you for your understanding.Exceptions:-In the case of an item with a manufacturing defect, it will be my pleasure to exchange it for you. In this case, I will assume the cost of returning your defective item and the cost of sending your new item.You must notify me of any defective item within 7 days of receipt of it. Passing this deadline, I will unfortunately not be able to replace your article.-In the case of a lost package, I will be happy to give you a full refund of your order, or a replacement of it, at your choice.

I have not received my order. What must I do?
As orders are mailed without a tracking number, a package can only be declared lost 30 days from the date it is sent.If, after a minimum period of 30 days from the date of shipment (and not the date of purchase) of your order, you still have not received anything, you will be offered two options:-A full refund of your purchase.-The replacement of your item, i.e. I will send you again the item (or items) you had ordered, free of charge.
My collar or pacifier clip is a bit rigid. Is this normal?
Absolutely, for two reasons.First, the nylon rope on which the balls are mounted softens with use and lengthens very slightly. It is by using your accessory that it will soften.On our necklaces, the nylon rope is also lined over the entire section covered by the marbles, for even more safety. It is therefore normal to have a collar a little more rigid at first. As with the pacifier fasteners, it will soften with use.If, however, you are not satisfied with your accessory, contact us and we will be happy to correct the situation so that you are fully satisfied with your purchase!
Delivery times and delivery - Purolator
If you choose the express shipping option with Purolator:For orders sent with Purolator:-You will receive a tracking number following the shipment of your package. Shipments with Purolator REQUIRE A SIGNATURE from you for receipt. If you are away from home, you will need to go to a Purolator drop-off point to pick up your purchases.Note: In the event that you plan to be absent at the time of delivery, you can schedule another day for the receipt of your package yourself by visiting the purolator website.
Address error
In the event of an error in the delivery address:1- If the error comes from the buyer, the package will be reshipped at the expense of the latter.2- In the event of an error by the seller, the package will be reshipped at the expense of the shop.Be sure to make sure that the delivery address you enter when placing your order is the correct one.
